The Lake Chelan Yacht Club is now accepting requests for usage of the clubhouse and facilities located on the South Shore of Lake Chelan, 13 miles from downtown Chelan. The Yacht Club is a quiet and relaxing location being one of the only venues in the Chelan Valley that offers a place to host waterfront weddings or events with our picturesque marina as a backdrop.

The Club provides a great location for outdoor weddings, right on the waterfront of Hollywood Beach. Our updated clubhouse can host a variety of events, making it ideal for an outdoor ceremony in front of our marina with an indoor reception using our clubhouse.

How many people does the space accommodate?

The Lake Chelan Yacht Club can host events up to 100 seated guests, reception style.

What is the Yacht Clubs availability for my event?

The Lake Chelan Yacht Club is available for private events during the spring and the fall. For specific date requests feel free to email us at [email protected]

Can we bring in our own alcohol, such as wine, beer and spirits?

Yes, our renters provide their own beverages, including alcoholic beverages (limited to beer and wine). A banquet permit along with event insurance is required.

Is there a kitchen area?

The Lake Chelan Yacht Club clubhouse is split up into two areas, a serving room and a ballroom. Located in the serving room is a prep kitchen that can be used to prepare and refrigerate food.

Is parking available?

The Lake Chelan Yacht Club has limited parking available so coordination with bus service is recommended.

What amenities do you provide?

The Lake Chelan Yacht Club can provide up to 25 rectangle tables with white table clothes and 100 metal chairs with white chair covers. For circle tables or different chairs renter must coordinate with local rental company. Renter must also rent or provide serving and dinnerware.

What kind of audio-visual equipment is available?

The Lake Chelan Yacht Club has a built in sound system with two wireless microphones and connectivity for Bluetooth. Wi-Fi is also included and a ceiling mounted projector with HDMI connection.

All amplified music must be off at 10pm. Teardown may be arranged for the following day.
